Sail away with these cute and easy-to-make hors d’oeuvres for any party setting.

These bite-sized snacks are a fun and flavorful addition to any party spread. With crunchy pickles, savory salami, and a touch of cream cheese. They come together in minutes and look just as good as they taste. Perfect for when you want something easy, eye-catching, and delicious for your guests. Kids will love them too!


Ingredients:

Makes 20 sailboats

  • 10 dill pickles
  • 10 slices salami
  • 3 T cream cheese

Directions

  1. Cut the pickles in half lengthwise and make a slit along the cut sides. (you can also buy precut pickles for this if desired)
  2. Cut salami into shapes of sails and insert into the slit of the pickles.
  3. Flute the edges of the sails that sit in the slit of the pickle with cream cheese.
  4. Display on a decorative tray or plate with lettuce and tomato as garnish.
